Aaron Hoffman was born in a small town in South-east Kansas called Parsons. Growing up he was involved in several different activities such as language, video productions, and musical theatre as well as show choir. God has given him all these varying talents among others, and he strives to give glory to God everyday through those talents. Aaron grew up attending his hometown church Parsons First Church of the Nazarene located in Parsons, Kansas. He was then lead to attend after graduating high school Midamerica Nazarene University. During this time he was involved in student council which allowed him the opportunity of working on projects based on ministry and outreach in various parts of KCMO. During his time at MNU Aaron was also blessed with the experience of performing with MNU’s Heritage choir who was able to perform his senior year at Carnegie Hall located in New York, New York. The experience that God has blessed him with the most has been the experience to study abroad through the Nazarene international language institute located at the Nazarene theological seminary in Quito, Ecuador. There he was not only able to go to school and be immersed in the language and culture but as well was given a love of Latin America and its people through ministry opportunities that were made part of the NILI program. Aaron Believes that education and spiritual maturity are not just two different facets of life but are one in the same and grow and mature as the student/ or person grows and matures. “Just because we constantly learn throughout every day of our academic lives doesn’t mean we should stop after we turn our tassels and cross the stage”.
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.
