Jeremy Ediger
Science

Jeremy Ediger is a 7th-12th grade Science teacher at Maranatha. He thoroughly enjoys working with students and bringing them up in the Lord. He is starting his fourth and a quarter year at Maranatha and holds a B.S. in Secondary Education Science from Kansas State University.

Mr. Ediger has shown his flexibility by holding several different positions throughout the school. His tenure at the school started when the previous Chemistry and Physics teacher left after spring break in 2010. He has held the position of Chemistry and Physics teacher for two and a quarter years, Microsoft Office instructor for two years, and Biology and Anatomy instructor for one year. He has also coached the Junior High boys basketball team and was a sponsor of the Class of 2012 and is currently the Class of 2017 sponsor. He is currently professionally licensed in the three major sciences of Chemistry, Physics, and Biology and plans to become licensed in Earth/Space soon.

Mr. Ediger attends the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood and takes part in many of their programs there.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of three years, Madison; reading science fiction; playing sports, especially basketball; and watching his Cats go on to victory.
