Congratulations Morgan Wilcox
MCA Senior Morgan Wilcox was recently named a MidAmerica Nazarene University Scholarship Challenge winner!
Each year MidAmerica Nazarene University hosts a Scholarship Challenge. Participants typically have a 3.75 GPA or 27 ACT. All participants who complete the application process and attend the Scholarship Challenge weekend receive a $1,000 MNU scholarship, and those who place 4th-10th receive a $2000 scholarship. The top 3 participants receive a full-tuition scholarship, renewable for four years.
Prior to the Scholarship Challenge weekend, participants are asked to submit two letters of recommendations, a resume, an essay, and a portfolio that highlights activities in which the participants have been involved. At the Scholarship Challenge event, the students participate in three group interview sessions. Scores from all sections are added together, and the winners are determined.
Morgan will participate in the MNU Honors Program and major in nursing.
