Last week we held our Maranatha Winter Update.
At this event, we showed off some amazing elementary science projects and technology displays our students created.
At Maranatha, students are learning through hands-on experiences, scientific research, and using digital tools like Shadow Puppet Edu to create animated slide shows.
They have the opportunity to express creativity and artistry both digitally and through physical models, such as these biome models.
It was a great opportunity to see a STEAM focus in action at our school!Read More

Mrs. Orndorff’s 2nd Grade class has been doing a “Kindness Countdown.”
On Friday, 1/11/19, they decorated cookies for their Heritage Studies activity because they learned which traditions were brought to the middle colonies and Christmas cookies was one of the traditions.
The 2nd graders in Mrs. Orndorff’s class each made a cookie to eat and 2 cookies for the basketball team.
