It’s that time of year when people start thinking about spring break, then summer plans, and yes–even next school year! The staff and leadership at MCA are doing the same. Re-Enrollment is open and plans for the 2019/2020 school year are well underway. We have a team of faculty and staff who are praying for you and your family as you are making plans, also.
As you prepare to re-enroll at MCA, we hope that God has already blessed your family during this past school year. We realize that taking the time to go online and fill out the forms might take a little time, but it helps in so many ways. The earlier you re-enroll, the better MCA leadership can prepare for next school year, making decisions about faculty, class offerings, and finding new ways to enhance MCA as we minister and educate your child(ren). As you re-enroll during the early discount period, you are also saving you and your family money, and I am sure that is a blessing, too. Don’t forget, you can be a blessing to MCA as you re-enroll, simply by choosing the option of using your checking or savings account instead of a debit or credit card.
You may have noticed the “Move-Up with MCA” title. One of the focuses for this year is to remind everyone how important it is for us all to continue in our journey together. Your child will Move-Up from second to third grade, or from a freshman to a sophomore, and we want them to continue to “Move-Up with MCA.” We want their friendships to move forward, their academic excellence to continue to grow, and at the base, as a foundation, we want their walk with Christ to Move-Up, also. This isn’t just a concept; it’s a Biblical principle. In Hebrews 5, the scripture talks about growth, moving from milk to meat, the need to Move-Up to the next step in our discipleship walk. Just as in our Christian Move-Up, the Move-Up to the next level of education should be a natural and intentional step.
So, there are two challenges today: Move-Up in Maranatha. Let Maranatha be a natural, yet intentional part of your family’s education plan. Take this time to re-enroll, and take the step forward. Also, challenge yourself, and your family, to continue to Move-Up in your relationship with Christ. Both of these challenges, if accepted, will change your life.
